Shipping Methods We have partnered with several reputable courier companies to deliver your order right to your doorstep. The choice of courier may vary depending on the serviceability of your delivery address. Shipping Fees We offer free shipping for all orders over PKR 2,000. For orders under PKR 2,000, a standard shipping fee of PKR 99 will apply. Delivery Time Standard delivery time for orders is 3-5 business days from the date of order placement. However, please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed due to possible unforeseen delays such as payment authorization issues or courier service interruptions. Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout. Any returned or misrouted orders due to incorrect address information will be subject to additional shipping fees for re-delivery. Shipping Status and Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the courier's website. If you do not receive the tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our customer service.
